Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply to the Billiqo POS software and billiqo.in, provided by Billiqo ("Billiqo", "we", "us"). By installing or using Billiqo POS you agree to them.
1. Licence
- Billiqo POS is licensed, not sold. A licence lets one shop use the software on the number of PCs and user accounts included in its plan, for the period paid for.
- Activation codes are for the purchasing shop only and must not be shared or resold.
- Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering or redistributing the software is not allowed.
2. Free trial
New installations can use a free trial of 15 days with all features, once per PC. After the trial, the software continues on the Free plan (a limited number of bills per day) until a plan is purchased.
3. Plans, renewals and upgrades
- Plans are billed yearly per shop. Prices are shown on billiqo.in and may change for future renewals.
- When a licence expires, billing is paused until it is renewed. Your data remains on your PC.
- Upgrades take effect at the next sign-in after payment.
4. Your data and responsibilities
- Your business data is stored on your PC. You are responsible for keeping backups and for the PC's security.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax rates, HSN codes and GST returns you file. Billiqo is a tool to help; it does not provide tax or legal advice.
5. Support and availability
We provide support by email during working hours. We work to keep the software and licence service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Billing works offline; licence checks need an internet connection from time to time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current licence period. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
