Shipping & Delivery Policy

Billiqo POS is software. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

1. How you receive your purchase

• After a successful payment, your activation code is shown on screen and sent to the email address you entered, usually within a few minutes.
• The email also contains your licence ID, plan, validity date and payment reference, and serves as your receipt.
• The Billiqo POS installer is available to download from billiqo.in. You can install it before or after buying; the activation code turns on your plan.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is instant in most cases. If you have not received your activation code within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam folder and then write to us.

3. Delivery area

We sell to businesses in India. The software and activation code are delivered online, anywhere in India.

4. Problems with delivery

If your payment was successful but no code arrived, email support@billiqo.in with your name, shop name and payment reference. We will send the code or refund you in line with our Refund Policy.
